Mr. Jaswinder Bakshi, Sr. VP and Business Head – Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicle and Equipment finance at Tata Capital Financial Services Limited (TCFSL), with an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad has over 25 years of professional experience across various leading manufacturing industries like Voltas, Ingersoll Rand and Finance Companies like ICICI Bank and GE Capital. He has been associated with TCFSL for over 15 years since its inception.

With his additional role of representing TCFSL as an associate member of ICEMA, he has been very active in organizing annual Finance Conclaves, Risk Conclaves, industry studies and contributing immensely to various representations to Govt. bodies on behalf of leading OEMs and Financiers fraternity.

He has served in ICEMA as Treasurer & Convener – Finance Eco system Panel between 2021-2023.

He has also been an active Steering Committee Member in EXCON, Chairman in User Industry CEO Participation and Governing Council Member of INTERMAT.
