Terms of Reference
1. To engage with members & stakeholders and take Brand Building initiatives aimed at attracting young talent to the Indian CE industry 2. To align the panel activities with the agenda of IESC to enhance the impact in the area of skill building of the professionals at different levels including operators, mechanics, and others.
3. To take up initiatives aimed at jobsite safety & solutions (as outlined in the CE Industry Technology vision roadmap 2035)
4. To create platforms for HR professionals and leaders of CE industry to network and discuss the relevant issues.
